Stuart Range Outback Resort has 120 powered sites plus unpowered sites encircling the modern amenities block, laundry and camp kitchen/TV room. A children’s playground is also located near the camp kitchen and a dump point is at the entrance of the caravan park.
Please remember that our caravan park is in the desert and water is precious. We do not provide water connections on site. Coober Pedy produces and reticulates its own water. The water is brought in from a bore 25km North East of Coober Pedy on the Oodnadatta road via a pipeline. The water is then processed through a Desalination/Reverse Osmosis Plant. The water quality is of an outstanding level. This means that the water can be consumed without more consumer intervention.
In the shoulder season and low season there is plenty of room for an annex or awning to be put out. However in the June/July school holidays we ask that your annex not be set up to allow for clearer visibility.
